IBO Ultimate 3.9 now available
**THIS UPDATE FIXES THE NO SIGNAL ISSUE WHEN USING A HTTPS DNS WITH HTTP STREAMS, if you had this issue with earlier versions this should fix**
Also an extra theme added, so 6 themes which can be set from the panel. On the new 6th theme, the left panel shows latest movies and the right panel shows latest TV shows, all other themes are the same as the 3.8 version.
