We are experiencing an outage due to a failure of the cooling systems at our Phoenix data center.
While core systems are back online, we are experiencing residual issues. This primarily manifests as temporary unresponsiveness on VPS and Dedicated servers.
Our technical team is fully aware of the situation and is actively working to deploy a global fix.
